Corporate Name:

For every $1,000.00 of authorized capital the filing fee is $1.00. For example, if your company is authorized to issue 50,000 shares of stock at $10.00 a share your filing fee will be $500.00 [(50,000shares*$10.00)/$1,000.00] = $500.00. There is a minimum-filing fee of $50.00.

Annual Report:

Domestic corporations do not have to file an annual report. They are only required to file an annual franchise tax report every year by July 1st. Foreign (out of state businesses operating in Oklahoma) must file an annual report before July 1st of each year. The cost for foreign corporations is $10.00.
