Name
When choosing the name of your North Carolina LLC, keep in mind that it is required to have a designation in the name. You must include one of the following phrases or abbreviation: “Limited Liability Company”, “L.L.C.”, “Ltd. Liability Co.”, “Limited Liability Co.”, or “Ltd. Liability Company”.
Organizer(s)
Those who execute the Articles of Organization will sign the document for finalization. The name, business address and capacity will be listed. A persons capacity can be Member, Organizer or both.
Registered Agent
Your initial North Carolina Registered Agent will be listed on the Articles of Organization for a North Carolina LLC. This information will include the name and address of the NC Registered Agent.
Principal Office
You can choose whether you want a Principal Office in North Carolina, rare. If you do have one, list the address.
Options
An option of the NC LLC is to list the company officials. Name, title and business address is to be included. A business email is also another option.

-The name(s) and address(es) of a manager
-Name of at least one organizer/member

-Paragraph about the purpose for which the company was formed
-Any specific details pertaining to management and regulation of company affairs
-Provisions which delegate the powers of the company, managers, and members
