Purpose

A brief description of the corporate purpose or purposes the Foreign Corporation intends to perform in Ohio.

Registered Agent

An Ohio Registered Agent name and address is a mandatory listing on the Foreign For-Profit Corporation Application for License. The agent will accept important legal documents for the Foreign Corporation in Ohio.

Notary

A notarized signature on the application of an Officer is required.
